Product and service research

Because of our excellent relationship with the local textile industry, based on constant dialogue, AAC is able to be one step ahead. We provide the best and most innovative solutions in dying, printing, embroidery, washing and finishing. Over and above this, AAC will endeavour to meet any specific client requirements. (top)

Order placement

AAC will determine the best possible factory for the clients' orders. This is based on our thorough knowledge of each factory's quality levels, costs, delivery dates and production capabilities. (top)

Product development and approval

AAC technicians will supervise all aspects of the sampling process and approval, with special attention paid to all technical aspects relating to the product.

SAMPLING PROCESS:

We fully understand the critical nature of accurate samples delivered on time. We methodically control every step of sample creation, ensuring strict compliance of leadtimes.

This includes:

1. Initial Prototype

2. Prototype review and final sample instructions

3. Salesman and photographic samples

4. Final sample amendments

5. Sealed manufacturing samples

To ensure an excellent sample service to our customers, we have a dedicated sample team of five highly qualified technicians. This allows us to guarantee sample deliveries even at times of peak factory demand. In addition, this facility means we are able to provide small production runs, even when they do not fulfil factory minimums. (top)

Price negotiation

AAC accounts for almost 50% of each of our partner factory's production. In return, we provide these factories with a balanced production load throughout the year. We also share a large amount of technical knowledge via highly trained textile technicians. And finally, we ensure prompt payments to the factories. This provides the foundation for an excellent working relationship, resulting in keen price negotiations and delivering the best price to the customer.

AAC will deliver a strict cost control plan, constantly monitored by the assigned project leader. (top)

Production planning and order follow-up

An active follow-up service is provided throughout the whole production process. This is carried out by QC's, who collect daily information from the factories, whilst the merchandisers are also in permanent contact with the production units.

AAC has an extremely detailed process chart and tracker system that is completed daily. This provides a faithful and permanent register of the product life cycle. It is also a precious analytical tool that allows the technicians to identify every detail that could lead to a problem, preventing it before it arises.

The whole team meets up at the beginning of each week to go through all aspects of the order in detail. This step means any necessary corrective actions can be taken in time. (top)

Quality control, in-line inspections and final AQL inspection

AAC's specifically trained technicians visit the factories on a daily basis to guarantee all aspects of the production process are adhered to. This follow-up is not limited to the production unit and the in-line inspection, but also to our subcontractors such as dying units, print houses, washing units, etc. The final inspection is carried out with the sampling plan AQL (Acceptable Quality Level), ensuring that the clients' quality standards are met. Shipment logistics monitoring

The merchandise team handles all the shipping logistics. They have regular meetings with the clients' forwarders to make a seamless factory to warehouse transition. AAC is capable of handling highly complicated, multinational logistics. Staff are proficient in all matters related to legislation and bureaucracy and their expertise can be drawn on to the client's advantage. (top)

Post shipment support

AAC staff rigorously checks all information relating to shipping documentation, with special attention paid to any discrepancies that may occur. (top)

Post service result analysis and future corrective actions

At the sampling stage, thorough fitting sessions are conducted at which both a technician and a merchandiser are present. All details are thoroughly considered and potential problems are identified and resolved. A commercial analysis is also carried out after the collection launch in order to identify every possible improvement. This helps the client provide a better product, which leads to improved sales. Office Services

AAC provides full office support to our clients during their stay in Portugal. All the usual means of communication are entirely at the client's disposal, allowing the best possible interaction with their head offices. We strive to make sure all aspects of the client's work trip to Portugal is as productive and problem free as possible.

All hotel, restaurant reservations and car hire etc., will be taken care of by us. This personal service enables us to develop long lasting business relationships based on trust and friendship. (top)
